How to cook a Laswa nga Tambo?
Ingredients:
tambo
coconut milk
onions
okra
bagoong
(this only for the simplest cooking of Laswa nga Tambo. )
Procedure:
1. Blanch the Tambo, then when done, squeeze it.
2. Cook tambo with water
3. Add onions okra, the bagoong
4. Add the pure coconut oil
5. Flavor to taste
